ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and knowledgeable candidate to join our Marketing team and support ongoing activities with promotions and data capture.

The ideal candidate will combine a passion for mobile games with skills and experience in photoshop as well as keen organisational qualities.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work with a world-class growing portfolio of top grossing mobile games. As a Junior Mobile Marketing Specialist, you will contribute to marketing-related tasks supporting your colleagues whilst building your experience towards becoming an independent marketing manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Every day is different, and as you grow professionally, you will take on more responsibilities. At the start, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Tracking game events and calendar events for possible promotions
• Capture In-Store promotions across multiple geos and stores in an effective way
• Provide feedback documents for developer and inhouse channel managers on said promotions and performance reports
• Assist the Marketing Team in the creation of power points and promotional assets for some of Flexions Top Mobile games and Developers.
• Building deep working knowledge of our games and the features, systems, and content they include

Flexion will provide training in the Flexion toolset and you will also benefit from mentoring by experienced colleagues who are recognised in the industry for their achievements.

As you grow into the role you will take on more and more independent tasks such as

• Optimizing the store fronts of our portfolio of games (‘ASO’)
• Analysing the effect of promotions
• Assisting and making game marketing and launch plans
• Collaborating with external developers to engage with ongoing promotions and timely deliveries
• Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in Performance Marketing
• Work towards achieving Marketing KPIs.

About You

• You are passionate about mobile apps and/or games.
• You have extraordinary attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and fluent in English
• Good knowledge of Photoshop and Image design
• Can work independently, but collaboratively.
• Energy and drive, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
