As a Graduate Land Buyer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring suitable land for our diverse portfolio of commercial and residential projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with some experience in the field to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential land acquisition opportunities in the region.Assist in the evaluation of land opportunities, including financial analysis, due diligence, and feasibility assessments.Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, agents, and other key stakeholders in the industry.Collaborate with the land team and other internal departments to support the successful delivery of projects.Participate in negotiations for land acquisitions, including price, terms, and contractual agreements, while ensuring value for the company.Stay updated on market trends, planning policies, and industry regulations to ensure informed decision-making.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on land acquisition activities.Assist in managing the land database, maintaining accurate records, and organizing relevant documentation.Contribute to the continuous improvement of land acquisition strategies and processes.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as real estate, land management, urban planning, or a related discipline i.e. (Geography).Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess land opportunities based on market dynamics and financial viability.Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the land acquisition field.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Knowledge of land acquisition processes, including due diligence, planning regulations, and legal considerations (preferred but not essential for recent graduates).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with land management software (preferred but not essential for recent graduates).Why should you apply?
