The Role

This is an entry level role, so as long as you are proactive, willing to learn and enjoy a fast paced environment then we are excited to be able to accept applications from candidates with little to no IT experience. Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Work as the first point of contact for service desk incidents and requests via phone, email and service desk.
  • Ensure that enquiries are answered and resolved in an efficient, customer focused manner, either directly or by delegating to other members of the team, or third-parties.
  • Managing tickets in the service desk system escalating to technical support team members.
  • Provide a high degree of customer service for all support queries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,500.00 per year
