They are currently looking for an IT Support Technician to join their highly innovative team. The Role

This role will involve working within their experienced IT support team on a highly varied range of tasks supporting the wider business.
  • This includes supporting desktop and laptop users working in a Windows domain environment.
  • You will be exposed to administration and support of various Microsoft technologies including Windows 10, Windows Server 2019, Office365, Microsoft Teams and SQL Server 2019 configuration and maintenance.

The Person

You will ideally have experience of working with Microsoft systems within a professional organisation including configuring and deploying Microsoft Windows based networks including web, file servers, desktops and laptops. Consideration will be given to candidates who have not had a professional background as such but can demonstrate a good working knowledge of related technologies and the appropriate aptitude.

Most importantly you will possess a positive, can do attitude with strong interpersonal skills. A keen eye for detail, experience in problem-solving and a passion for technology are also highly desirable
