About the Role

As a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst you will…

  • Manage the day-to-day purchasing of Hardware in line with company policy.
  • Provide first-line support to all IT Shared Service users within UK/Ireland
  • Effectively resolve customer incidents, changes and tasks, whilst always maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting IT Service Desk SLA targets
  • Act as first-line support on tickets, escalating complex tickets or seeking technical advice / guidance from Senior IT Service Desk Analysts
  • Take ownership of issues, carrying out problem analysis with the aim of restoring service as soon as possible
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware / software incidents, including operating systems and a range of applications (commercial and internally developed bespoke software)
  • Install, configure and issue new IT equipment ensuring compliance with internal procedures

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm
