Doornbos Equipment UK Ltd are looking for 2 Junior Engineer’s to join our team. This position will be based out of our Cowpen Lane Industrial Estate location.

We are looking for a team member who has a positive working attitude and is willing to learn and take on new challenges daily; having a mechanical knowledge, HGV Fitting background, motor vehicle experience, pump background and problem solving skills are all advantageous however full training will be provided. This role will involve travel around the UK from time to time.

Job Description:

The Junior Engineer will work closely with the Operations Manager and the workshop team, to gain the skills required to support in the day to day running of equipment. The Junior Engineer will be responsible for assisting in servicing and repairs of machinery and pre delivery inspections.

Qualifications:

  • College education or higher in Engineering or related field; is desirable
  • A willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of people from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels; ability to lead others through their projects; ability to think outside the box when necessary; and ability to adapt quickly to change.
  • Full UK Driving license
