About the role:
Digital Performance Consultants are responsible for ensuring successful adoption of APM/DPM technologies throughout the software application lifecycle to provide real-time analytics which help our customers proactively avoid performance issues and to rapidly diagnose and resolve problems should they occur. The role focuses on ensuring high quality delivery, with the aim of helping customers to improve the value that Digital Performance Management delivers, enabling them to deliver high performing applications with first rate customer experience.

As Junior Digital Performance Consultant at Atos you play an important role in the digital transformation of our clients. Together with client and colleagues you share your expertise on how we help organization collaborate more efficiently and more securely with cloud technology and the performance around it.

This is a permanent, full-time role which require the successful candidate to be applicable for Security Clearance.

Daily responsibilities:
Consult with customers to understand, and then meet, their business and technical goals

Install, configure, and troubleshoot APM/DPM products in Production, Test and Development environments.

Serve as subject matter expert on APM techniques and standard methodologies.

Identify key “Business Modeling” integration opportunities, especially around reporting, alerting, dashboards, SLAs, etc;

Analyze performance data and assist with performance troubleshooting / tuning of customer applications, architecture, and practices.

Build relationships that support the successful adoption and integration of APM products throughout the application lifecycle.

Learning and developing yourself in the constantly evolving world of APM and Cloud.

Requirements:
Bachelor or Master’s degree.

You are currently living in the UK&I and English fluently.

Experience with Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic (or other APM/DPM solutions) is a big precedence.

Experience with Big Data Analysis (ELK stack, Splunk) is a precedence.

You have some experience in working with a Public Cloud environment (AWS, Azure, Google);

Infra-automation, Containerization and Cloud Orchestration trigger your curiosity.

knowledge of and experience with tools like Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Python.

Experience with Agile working (SCRUM/SAFe/DevOps);

Basic knowledge of Programming Languages: Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, etc. is a precedence.

Good commercial awareness and competence.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Experienced and willing to working multi-functional within the organization. Working together with people from different teams.

Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
