About The Role

We are have an exciting opportunity for 2 Joinery Apprentices to work within our Responsive Repairs department. This is a fast-paced environment where operatives work as part of a mobile workforce.

You will learn to carry out joinery repairs in both void and occupied properties and to complete repairs to a high standard, first time.
You will need to be a people person with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of teams, colleagues and customers within Gentoo to ensure we delivery excellent customer service every time.

What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for an enthusiastic person who’s keen to learn. You will enjoy working in a fast paced, hands on environment and being part of an effective team.

You will have a good understanding of Health & Safety and be able to plan and manage your tasks with safety in mind. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills with a wide range of customers and colleagues and comply with the Group’s Customer Care Policy and Code of Conduct. You will be customer focussed with a drive to help us to successfully deliver our ‘Right First Time’ delivery model.
