Java Developer |6 month contract |£500 - £550 per day – Outside IR35 - RemoteUnderstanding Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a super design agency who build major digital products and platforms for large scale businesses.We are currently looking for a UK based Java Developer to work on an initial 6 month assignment which sits outside IR35.As the Java Developer you will be part of the development teams and play a key role in driving new features with the aim of scaling their product offering.Experience needed for the position:Extensive experience in Java along with a good knowledge of infrastructure aspectsExperience working in cross-functional teams relying on Agile methodologiesWorking knowledge in microservices architecture, extracting microservices from a legacy codebase.Spring Boot.Proven experience in incident handling / fixing prod environments along with experience of maintain legacy applications.You will need to have the experience to be able to make architectural decisions in a product which has legacy codebase as well as being complex.In-depth knowledge of Java application performance.If you feel like you match the above and you would like to discuss the position further, then please apply below with an up to date CV.Java Developer |6 month contract |£500 - £550 per day – Outside IR35 - Remote
