We’re on the hunt for permanent Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Enfield, supporting our customer, Iceland Foods. If you’re up for a challenge and want to kickstart that career pathway in logistics, this is the right place to be!

We have a variety of shift patterns available either on a full-time basis of 37.5 hours per week, covering core shift patterns of 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00 and 22:00 – 06:00.

We’re looking to offer the competitive hourly rate of £11.08 to £14.28 depending on shift pattern with a fantastic performance bonus!

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Work in any of our three chambers – ambient, chilled, and frozen!
  • Pick goods using a voice system and load them onto pallets and cages using LLOP’s – full training will be provided
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Willingness to work in a multi-temperature environment (this could be anything from room temperature to freezing cold)
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends
  • Good levels of written and verbal English
