Our client offer equipment and services to the healthcare sector. They are a company with huge ambition in a state of hyper growth.

Job Description

In the role of Warehouse customer service lead you will be responsible for the following:

  • Liaising with customers regarding orders, checking stocks allocations and entering orders on system.
  • Overseeing warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked correctly and goods are despatched.
  • Organising delivery logistics
  • Overseeing warehouse staff to ensure stocks are where they should be.
  • If necessary assisting with day to day operations within a busy warehouse

The Successful Applicant

We are looking to speak to candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Excellent level of customer service and communication skills
  • An understanding of warehousing and logistics operations
  • Organisation skills
  • Basic Computer skills
