£20- £22 per hour (equates to NHS Band 7 & £45.7K per annum) | Paid Breaks | 40 hours | Medium Nursing Home |CQG Compliant My client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced RGN, RMN or RNLD with Senior Nurse level experience to work as Unit Nurse Manager in their l care home in Newcastle-under-Lyme. This service provides expert general nursing, dementia and End of Life Details of this Unit Manager vacancy and what the home is offering:
  • 40 hours per week
  • Excellent hourly rate up to £22.00 which is equivalent to NHS Band 7 and £45.7K per annum

  • Excellent training and development, and career progression opportunities, including support with revalidation As Unit Manager, you will coordinate, manage and monitor the clinical services in your unit, maintaining high standards of care and ensuring the holistic needs of service users are met. Applicants for this Unit Manager position should meet the following criteria:
  • Qualified as Adult General Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD with up-to-date NMC registration
  • Demonstrate previous experience in a senior position in an elderly care environment
  • Confident assessing service users and coordinating care
