We’re looking for a Transport Administrator to join us on a permanent basis at our busy site in Doncaster. You will play a vital part in the efficient and effective execution of our transport operation, working as part of a large team, servicing our customer, B&Q.


Pay, benefits and more:


You will be required to 40 hours per week on a 06.00-14.00 or 14.00 to 22.00 although flexibility may be required from time to time. We’re looking to offer a salary of 21,681.63 per annum. In addition, we offer holiday pay, access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.


What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Assisting in the compilation of weekly transport data
  • Ensure that all drivers are pre-briefed and debriefed in conjunction with the debrief system and that all paperwork is accurately completed and signed.
  • Assisting in the management and recording of driver hours through Microlise
  • Liaison with vehicle maintenance contractors

What you need to succeed at XPO:


  • Previous experience in a transport department
  • A high level of literacy with IT, especially Microsoft Office programs
  • A flexible approach to working different shift patterns
  • High attention to detail
