We welcome people who can bring diversity to our team, and work towards a shared goal to deliver an exceptional investment experience.What your job will be You’ll be working as a Technical Product Owner across one or more cross- functional squads of product, engineers, and testers, to deliver new products and features, and improve our technology platform. Our Squads follow Agile Scrum methodology to develop and own features end-to-end, so you’ll be involved from conception to delivery of new products or features, or improvements to our underlying technology and platform.As a Technical PO your role will involve:Working with the squad to prioritise the team’s roadmap against goals/outcomes to deliver the most valueCollaborating with stakeholders from different areas of the business to gather requirements and validate technical solutions to business problems andCapture requirements in the form of user stories or tasks that are clear, concise and can be understood by technical and non-technical colleaguesCollaborating with your squad to define Acceptance CriteriaProducing technical designs and documentationParticipating in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies such as refinement, estimation and sprint planningAct as a point of contact for stakeholders outside of the product development teamUnderstanding the risk and impact of change on other areas of the businessWhat we’re looking forWe value simplicity, communication, teamwork, trust, and confidence.
