The Role: As the PM Supply Chain you will be responsible for leading multiple program workstreams across the Amazon Fresh Stores International Supply Chain team, working cross functionally with both internal and external stakeholders. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic program manager who thinks strategically and is always working back from the customer to innovate on their behalf. The ability to drive programs from conception and design to development and implementation at pace is a must. You consistently manage stakeholder expectations, set the direction and build scalable mechanisms.

Key job responsibilities

• Program management of the warehouse optimisation opportunities for Amazon Fresh Stores International, working in collaboration with our third party logistics partners to develop a scalable supply chain solution that delivers great service to our stores.
• Ownership of the key operational performance targets for the Amazon Fresh Stores International serving warehouses, working across the end to end supply chain to identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Introduce, develop, and ensure industry leading best practice is being utilised across the team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.

Innovate on behalf of your customer, identifying and building solutions and processes in a scalable way which supports cost targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, a Supply Chain/Operations discipline or Information Systems Management.
• Proven track record of managing and executing large projects from start to finish, including project management, data gathering, problem solving, and communicating recommendations
