Supply Chain and Sustainability Coordinator

Main Responsibilities

To manage the logistical processes, to ensure optimal local stock levels are held at all times, with a continuous improvement philosophy and in compliance with all regulations.

To coordinate with local and global colleagues to provide accurate forecasts and timely deliveries, including all import/export processes.

Stock control
  • To be fully responsible for local stock levels, by SKU, across both the UK & Ireland.
  • To ensure continuous supply at all times.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships, both locally and with HQ, with relevant stakeholders.
  • To continuously maintain documented procedures and processes with regard to stock processes.
  • To propose improvements to procedures and processes to drive efficiencies.
Reporting
  • To be the local expert on internal HQ reporting requirements and ensure accurate data is provided as required.
  • To prepare a rolling 18-month sales forecast for submission to HQ on a monthly basis.
  • To maintain a livestock report for weekly submission.
Supply Planning & Co-ordination
  • To constantly monitor local stock levels, flagging risks immediately.
  • To liaise with HQ colleagues on stock availability and delivery schedules.
  • To liaise with any urgent delivery needs.
  • To liaise with Regulatory Affairs, ensuring any/all product changes (packaging, leaflet, etc.) and planned and monitored without any stock write-off or stock shortage.
  • To liaise with local teams, HQ colleagues, and third parties during the investigation of potential deviations and derogations from local regulations.

Import / Export
  • To ensure all procedures are in place for the smooth import and export of products as required including retention of relevant documentation.
  • To keep up to date with legislation and ensure all changes are managed in a timely manner and product flow is uninterrupted.
  • To coordinate, as required, with the 3rd party customs clearance companies.

Distribution Partners
  • To act as the lead contact with our 3rd party logistics providers, monitoring performance and dealing with ad-hoc situations.
  • To be part of the project team should there be a change in partners.

GDP
  • To be fully trained on GDP and work closely with the RP on all GDP matters.
  • To continuous act in accordance with GDP requirements.

Documentation
  • To manage the documentation for each delivery, validating, checking, and storing as required.

Sustainability
  • Support the leadership team in delivering the sustainability strategy, aligning with the company mission and values.
  • Participate in the leadership team meetings, leading environmental actions.
  • Driving and reporting on the progress of our sustainability strategy and actions as part of our sustainability strategy.
  • Define metrics and targets for environmental and sustainability matters.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to achieve sustainability targets and advocate for sustainability.
  • Integrate sustainability into Servier UK Brand with collaboration with the Marketing department.
  • Define climate-related risks and opportunities for risk management.
