Senior Quantity Surveyor - OX14 - Up to £70K per annum Our client are a thriving Main Contractor who are actively recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Major Projects division covering exciting projects across Education, Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Mixed-Use, Heritage project sectors. Requirements: -
  • Ideally QS degree qualified
  • Post degree experience, the majority of which is main contracting
  • Demonstrable experience of being commercial lead on projects up to and in excess of £20m
  • Experience in managing a team of QS’s and AQS’s
  • Experience in D&B and traditional
  • Competent with the JCT suite of Contracts and NEC would also be useful
  • Exposure to 2 stage procurement routes
  • Resides within an hours drive of Oxford and happy to commute up to 1hr in any direction from Oxford
  • Shown longevity with previous employers
