Our client has an excellent reputation and an outstanding customer-focused attitude, due to an expansion in their Birmingham office, they are looking for a strong Electrical Design Engineer to help oversee an exciting Variety of extensive and international projects across a wide range of building sectors.

They pride themselves on their quality of expertise and knowledge to always be able to provide an innovative and professional experience and now have an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Electrical engineer to join their diverse and experienced team. This cooperative team strives to provide a specialised and industry-leading experience throughout all their projects to create a highly focused and efficient service to their clients.

The successful engineer should be confident in their ability and have the drive to always work up to their highest standards. You will be technically able with regard to Electrical system designs within a variety of building types. You will have strong communication skills to ensure the project’s completion from start to finish. Good working knowledge of industry-specific software.

Electrical Design Engineer Requirements:

  • Ideally an Electrical engineering degree or building service degree.
  • A minimum of 8 years of post-graduate experience within the building services industry.
  • Capable of the technical design of Electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of RIBA Plan of Work
  • Working knowledge of Amtech, DIALux, and RElux.
