Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking a confident Sales Consultant to work for a successful family run business in Wales. Our client is looking for someone who is motivated, customer focused and creative.

A starting salary of up to £24,000.

The Role
  • Providing customer service and support for clients
  • Guiding clients through the buying process from start to finish
  • Providing product and technical advice
  • Providing design ideas
  • Raising quotations
  • Dealing with telephone queries and problem solving
  • Taking payment on orders
  • Booking deliveries
  • Sales aftercare
The Candidate
  • Previous experience within a customer facing role
  • Someone who takes pride in themselves and their work
  • A key eye for design or a creative flare
  • Computer literate and confident
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, keen, and hard working
  • Energetic, welcoming, and friendly

This is a permanent role, working Monday to Friday, with alternative Saturdays. Working hours are between 9am-5.30pm in the week and 9am-12.30pm on Saturdays.
