Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a time served refrigeration engineer that has now progressed off the tools, or is looking to do so, to join one of the UK’s leading and most successful cold room manufacturers.

Ideally this person will be a time served refrigeration engineer that has progressed off the tools or is looking to do so, and be able to run multiple sites at once.

This will include everything that comes with the installation of a Coldroom project onto a building site ( value from 15k to 500k)

A Typical Day For This Role Might Include
  • Carry out a site survey at a fast food chain restaurant, measure up for new Coldrooms meet with the building contractor and arrange delivery installation
  • Using lap top write up a program communicate dates and times and provide technical detail back to the client
  • Liaise with the office to arrange labour to get the rooms built and arrange labour to get the refrigeration installed to the costs budget
  • Send notes to the factory to get the rooms manufactured
  • Arrange delivery
  • Write up risk assessment
  • Start the guys on site
On any one day there might be around 4/5 jobs currently on going to keep an eye on, coupled with 1 or 2 larger scale projects that may run for 6 months.

Dependent on experience, this role comes with a fantastic benefits package starting between 45-50k dependent on experience, with company car allowance, laptop, pension etc.
