Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Recruitment Officer to join our friendly team based in Maisemore, Gloucester.

About Radis

Established in 2001, Radis Community Care has grown to become a leading provider of community based social care and support for thousands of vulnerable adults and children in England and Wales, focused on supporting people to live independently in their own homes and part of their local communities.

About the role

As a Regional Recruitment Officer you will get the opportunity to work across several operational areas to assist in the recruitment of high-quality care and support staff. The role will be ideally based in Gloucester and will cover our Services across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Forest of Dean & the Midlands.

The role will involve making contacts in the local community, developing links and relationships to promote and enhance the Radis brand. You will build relationships with Job Centre’s and other employment organisations to drive applications to our branches and services. You will get the opportunity to meet potential applicants by organising, promoting and hosting open days, recruitment fairs and drop in events.

You will be working closely with the Service Managers to interview, select, offer and welcome candidates to Radis to ensure they receive the best possible experience during and after the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications required for the role

Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous regional recruitment experience with the ability to build long lasting working relationships in the local communities. We encourage proactive, innovative and imaginative thinking for recruitment solutions.

Experience of holding a similar role within Health & Social Care

The ability to utilise a variety of channels to drive candidate attraction

Experience of managing the candidate journey through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). We use LogicMelon

You must be able to drive and have your own vehicle with a full, clean Driving Licence
