Stratec Business Contracts Ltd are recruiting on behalf of our client in the East Riding of Yorkshire for Project Architect.

We have an opportunity for an ambitious Part 3 Project Architect.

You will join our client’s team to work predominantly on national healthcare projects and some commercial, education and residential projects, from inception to completion with emphasis on key delivery stages.

You should have excellent design and technical skills gained on projects ideally £2m+ in value.

The role requires a proven ability to lead projects, liaising with clients and contractors and confidence in construction and detailing.

A proven track record in successfully delivering projects from inception through to completion is required as well as solid Revit literacy.

The ability to work on your own initiative and having well developed communication skills is also essential.

The ability to develop new leads would be advantageous.

Working directly with the Principal Architect, you will supervise the Practice’s technical team and deputise as required.

This role offers the opportunity to assume genuine job running responsibility and to progress your career towards Senior Project Architect / Senior Architect levels.

Our client offers flexible working arrangements and their office is within walking distance of local amenities.

Salary negotiable dependent on experience.
