WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR A NUMBER OF PRODUCTION OPERATIVES IN TELFORD AND WE HAVE IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE!

WE HAVE A VARIETY OF WORKING HOURS AVAILABLE INCLUDING DAYS, DOUBLE DAYS, NIGHTS AND 4 ON 4 OFF SHIFTS.

Recruit4Staff have positions with immediate starts in Stafford Park, Halesfield and Hortonwood.

The vacancies that we have could lead to a permanent job for the right candidates.

Pay rates will vary depending on the job and employer you work for, but the pay rates are currently ranging from a minimum of £8.91 per hour, to a maximum of £10.00 per hour.

For the successful Production Operatives our client is offering;

  • Temporary to permanent positions available
  • Variety of shifts available
  • Pay rates between £8.91 - £10.00 per hour, depending on the working hours you do and the employee you work for.

The Role of the Production Operatives

  • Operating machinery
  • Packing orders into boxes
  • Cleaning down the machines at the end of your shifts
  • Maintain records on an hourly/daily basis, completing gap analysis
  • Following health & safety guidelines within the production area

What our client is looking for in a Production Operative;

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment - PREFERRED
