仕事内容

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and well-motivated individual to join our existing Pharmacy team.

The successful candidate will rotate between Pharmacy stores and Whiston and St Helens Hospital dispensaries, and participate in our evening and weekend rotas.

Attention to detail is essential, as is an ability to work well in a fast paced environment and with other members of the Pharmacy team.

Good communication skills and a willingness to learn is important, and the post would be suitable for someone who is looking to begin their career in Hospital Pharmacy.

It is desirable that Candidates should possess or be working towards NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Service skills, but training can be provided if necessary.

A good standard of education (to GCSE level) would be advantageous.

Stores duties will include working as part of the distribution team in Pharmacy stores and processing and assembling ward stock requests.

Dispensary duties will include receiving inpatient and outpatient prescriptions at our front desk, maintaining stocks of emergency boxes, processing returned medicines and other general house-keeping duties
