The role

Willingness to travel across UK and Wales regularly (clean driving licence essential)

Mixture of BPAS and NHS units with BPAS IT equipment

Site visits to install / remote equipment including auditing

Cisco Switch, Router, Wi-fi (Meraki) installation, config and troubleshooting experience.

Mitel telephony - account creation and management, fault diagnosis (for pass on to 3rd party support) - including call recording integration management (Red Box)

Understanding and management of telephony systems, both on premise and cloud (e.g. Siemens / Unify on Premise, SIP routing and Amazon Connect cloud based telephony)

Project work - BPAS is setting up its first IVF clinic, this involves:

Design and config of Switch VLANs for various IVF IT systems

Liaison with BPAS project management and various third party project management to assist holistic documentation of the various disparate IT systems used for the IVF clinic

Setup of MPLS network links - liaising with telecoms provider (Talk Talk)

Installation of telephony systems (Siemens Unify with 3rd party provider, Integral Communications)

Installation of all Computers, Laptops, Printers and specialist network connected IVF hardware
