A Mechanical Estimator is sought by a busy top tier SME.
You should be a Mechanical Estimator with experience estimating mechanical building services: plumbing, pipefitting, HVAC etc. Ideally using Estimation software.
The company is well established Northwest Design & Build M&E contractor, with a strong project pipeline (£50m + of current tenders).
A preferred contractor for several of the regions major construction contractors. They typically work on commercial, retail, industrial and residential projects from £1-6m in value.
You will be based in stand alone offices in South Manchester with free on site parking (& no city centre rush hour).
This is a great opportunity to join a young, family orientated team with great staff retention and career prospects. CPD and training is a big part of the culture.
