仕事内容
Day to day running of a Brand new growing primary school kitchen preparing and cooking for up to 60 meals a day. Candidate must display great cooking skills and flair for food presentation, engaging with the children too help increase the uptake. All food is cooked from scratch using fresh and local ingredients.
To lead and motivate a small team, leading by example and managing the team on a daily basis to offer, great food, great service by great people. Attention to detail is a must.
Adherence to all company standards, procedures and guidelines must be followed as well as all legislation.
A dbs will need to be applied for. Training will be provided on the job as well as online learning.
The use of a tablet daily to access emails, record stock and financial figures is required as well as using a pre order meal software system.
Experience in a similar position is preferred
