Barker Ross are currently recruiting for Logistics Coordinator for one of our clients based in DE24 area, Derby.
Our client World’s Leading Supply Chain Management organization.
Key responsibilities:
As a Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for transaction relating to receipt, launch, dispatch of material within the facility, whilst also ensuring material comply with the appropriate inspection protocol.
You will also be responsible for the physical movement of stock throughout the warehouse, ensure the efficient and effective achievement of all operational targets and that customer requirements are always fulfilled to the highest possible standard.
Experience:
You will have excellent customer service skills and come with proven experience in a similar role or will have an experience in receipt inspection, launch or dispatch activities within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
You will need to have a flexible approach when it comes to working hours and location as this is a busy environment where you may be required to work overtime.
Licence/Certification:
FLT license and experience using SAP or MES - desirable.
Working pattern:
Monday to Friday rotating shift - 06:00 - 14:30, 08:00 - 16:30, 13:30 - 22:00.
Contract:
13 week temporary to permanent
Salary:
£11.99 per hour
