Legal Secretary

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join a prestigious law firm in the West Midlands with an excellent reputation for providing opportunities to ambitious and talented individuals.

About the role

This role will allow the successful applicant to work on a varied workload that includes:

• Audio typing

• Record accurately and legibly any attendance details following discussions with the client and ensure that they are logged appropriately

• Provide support to fee earners and partners across various teams

• Make appointments, arrange meetings and maintain an up-to-date diary

• Follow all compliance as advised and in accordance with Law Society requirements

• Handling confidential case information

About you

The ideal candidate will have at least six months experience working as a Legal Secretary. You will also have the following:

• The ability to type, draft and produce documents efficiently and quickly is essential.

• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

• Experience in Microsoft word, typing, case management use, formatting and editing documents.
