LEARNING DIFFICULTIES SUPPORT WORKERS NEEDED URGENTLY IN NEW MILTON New clients moving into New Milton at state of the art highly invested site near the centre. Full time Permanent Day or nights with at least a permanent 35-hour contract + overtime available (Day shifts for Support Workers run from 7am to 10pm, mixture of 12 hour shifts, earlies, lates and alternate weekends. Nights shifts are 8pm - 8am). Some sleep in’s will be required adhoc rarely. We are currently recruiting for our clients with Learning Difficulties and Mental Health Support. The candidates we require will need to have a passion for helping others and actively want to help our clients service users to live fulfilling, healthy and happy lives. Every day is different you could be day to day support including medicine, community help like shopping, activities like cinema or working alongside them with occupation needs and support. Other areas can involve cooking, assisting living and dealing with challenging behaviour and possibly nonverbal communication. You will need to be available on WhatsApp video for interview decisions will be provided shortly afterwards. The ideal Learning Difficulties Support Workers: Want to embark on this project and make this a well-known place to work in the area.
