Lead Projects Engineer (BMS- M&E) Mobile Role- Commercial (Midlands, surrounding, travel required) Up to £60,000 + Car or Car Allowance + benefits package Your new company-One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider predominantly hard services globally
  • This is a full time, permanent position covering government commercial sites in Midlands, Surrounding. New exciting contract delivering project works up to 1.5mil with an exciting growth strategy over the next 3-5 years. Your new role- Lead Projects Engineer (BMS- M&E)
  • To deliver BMS Infrastructure upgrades/ enhancements across government sites accross the UK.
  • Overseeing and lead team on delivery of agreed projects of BMS & Control systems in line with the customers designed requirements
  • Providing technical support and schedule and run project resources.
  • Completing required paperwork and development of technical documentation What you’ll need to succeed
  • Industry relevant qualification (Building Services, Mechanically or Electrically or Construction qualified) to Level 5/ HND level
  • A project management qualification such as Prince 2, APMP or equivalent.
  • Experience in a Lead Project Engineer role- FM understanding
  • Full UK driving license
  • Ideally familiar with BMS systems including Siemens, Trend, or Tridium What you’ll get in return
