RP International continues to partner with the worlds leading organisations supporting their technology transformations.

This role will offer a truly unique opportunity to join an international award winning, luxury interior design and architecture studio and be entirely responsible for the IT function, providing a stable, secure, and resilient framework across infrastructure and service delivery, business systems, projects/development and governance, whilst providing a strategic IT roadmap moving forwards.

Ideally you will have held a Head of IT position within a similar creative interior design or architecture business previously, and therefore have an understanding of the nuances and demands this has associated with IT.

Projects/Development

• Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to anticipate and lead on technological improvements that maintain competitive advantage across the business

• Feedback on the progress of the IT strategy, discussing successes and areas for improvement

• Delivery of projects, both technical and applications, on time and on budget in line with business requirements

Key Skills and Experience

A proven track record in IT management, graduate calibre with appropriate IT or business professional qualification

• Proven experience of delivery of successful IT systems development and technology projects

• Budget management including development of business cases

• Proven leadership ability, able to motivate staff to deliver high quality output in line with set priorities

• Experience gained within the creative industry is desirable

• Excellent knowledge of change and project management processes

• Knowledge of Office business applications

• Ability to draw up strategies and present to all stakeholders

Salary

Up to £105k base + bonus + benefits
