A new position is available with a family-owned Medical Device company to join their sales team as a Graduate Account Manager.

This is a field-based position, where you will be promoting and growing a market-leading portfolio of Orthopaedics & Trauma products to key hospitals customers across the West Midlands and East of England.

This is a perfect opportunity to take your first step into the Medical Sales industry and establish a career with a progressive and supportive organisation.

Salary: Circa £25,000 DOE + bonus, car, pension and more!

Ideal Requirement for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative

  • Full UK driving licence, with at least 2 years driving experience is essential.
  • Recent graduate, ideally in a scientific subject.
  • Strong sales experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent demonstrable research into the medical sales industry.
  • Shadowing experience of a Medical Sales Representative is highly advantageous.
  • Keen desire to step into the medical sales industry.

Role Responsibilities for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative

  • Achievement of optimum market sales in line with company growth expectations.
  • Effective management of the territory to include regular interaction and relationship building with customers in all departments of the Hospital, and at all levels.
  • Be the main conduit of product promotion and supporting clinical education, enabling customers to make informed choices on the products they use, and in doing so, promote the company as a premium quality supplier.
  • Daily interaction in the marketplace enables the business to provide vital feedback to their organisation on changing trends, competitive strategies, and customer preferences, allowing them to maintain a competitive advantage and improve the quality of products and services provided.
