We’re offering highly flexible, home-based roles nationwide with shifts available for weekdays, evenings, and weekends starting from September – and there’s absolutely no selling involved.

Initially, you’ll be working on a large piece of research, speaking with graduates from UK Higher Education institutions. This project runs from September through to the end of November.

We can offer up to 30 hours per week, although we ask you to commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week to build familiarity and experience with our systems and the project.

But we’re always keen to offer subsequent work to those who perform exceptionally, so there’s the potential to join our panel long-term.

You’ll receive full training and support from our in-house training team as soon as you join us. Then, our interviewing services Team Leaders will be on hand to support you through each project and answer any questions you may have.

You’ll need to provide your own equipment, such as a computer or laptop, ethernet cable and a suitable headset.

• You MUST be connected directly to your router via an ethernet cable.
• Connection via WiFi (including WiFi Extenders, WiFi + Powerline/standalone Powerline adapters) are not supported while working for us.

• For Windows:
• Windows 10 - version 2004 or later
• For MacOSX:
• 10.15 (aka Catalina) or later. Any other operating systems such as ChromeOS or other Android type devices are not supported.

JOB TITLE: Telephone Interviewer

REPORTS TO: Telephone Interviewing Manager

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To carry out high quality, quantitative interviews with key research audiences, as requested for research projects and by clients.

KEY DUTIES:

Conduct high quality quantitative interviews via the telephone with key research audiences, in line with the interview script provided.Gather and record accurate information from respondents.Conduct each interview in line with the outlined script and briefing materials.Ensure that the confidentiality of respondents, their responses and the research project is upheld at all times.Effectively liaise with designated Team Leader as and when required.Attend Telephone Interviewer briefing sessions.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Ability to speak with respondents in an engaging, polite and professional manner.Strong listening and interpersonal skills.Good attention to detail.Strong written and spoken English language skills, with knowledge of additional languages beneficial.
