**Are you looking for full time work**If you are a fantastic Learning Support Assistant or ALN Teaching Assistant with good experience working with Children with additional learning needs, we could have the perfect role for you!We are looking for an SEN TA to help support a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), if you have experience in a similar role or think that your experience working with young people will allow you to give the right to support to a child with ASD, then we’d love to hear more about you.The School its self are estyn rated ’good’ and are based near Penarth. The school aims to give their children the best learning opportunities; the goal is to support each child in their journey to success by ensuring each child’s happiness. The building of confidence is of upmost importance, they seek to help develop fully rounded young people who understand their community and how to act within it.Working as an LSA requires working 1:1 with the student who needs extra support in the classroom.
