Education, Health and Care Plan Co-ordinator Merseyside/Cheshire Contract £20+/hour We are looking for an experienced Co-ordinator to help facilitate the planning of meetings within the SEN assessment Process. Your work will be centered around children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. The role: To be the main point of contact for parents/carers and co-ordinate the EHC Assessments To plan and facilitate person centred EHCP meetings with families/carers and professionals To work with professionals to ensure their knowledge, experience, skills and relevant assessments inform the EHC plan Essential: Working knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice Understanding of recent legislation concerning SEN and SENDIST tribunals Understanding of SEN issues as they affect parents and educational settings.
