DTC Operations Assistant

Slough,Berkshire

Ensuring operational health; creating operational wealth. As Direct to Customer (DTC) Operations Assistant you are a major part in building the final product. Contributing to the success of DTC by offering frictionless experience with best in class partners. Along with the Operations team you will ensure the smooth running of our DTC EU business across Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Financial and Supply Chain reporting and administration.



What you will be doing:

  • Contribute to Brand store operation including complete fulfilment cycle RB inbound management to consumer receipt/return
  • Helping to maintain a healthy customer order portal with the 3PL’s and the back end of the websites and minimising OOS’s
  • Building relationships with the 3PLs to help deliver best customer service
  • Code creation and building of virtual bundles on the back end of websites
  • Working with the Ops Manager to provide the demand plan and forecasts to the 3PL’s
  • Working with Customer Services agency to ensure consumer enquires are answered and consumers have a WOW experience
  • Working with Ops manager to manage 3rd Party warehousing and logistics across Europe
  • Work across the EU team to manage vendor and supplier Purchase Orders and Invoices
  • Work with Head of DTC and Financial team to supply monthly supply and financial reports


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, operation, engineering
  • Self-motivated, highly flexible and takes the initiative to do what’s needed
  • Tech Savvy and knowledgeable in current trends, innovations and best practices in ecommerce, supply chain and DTC.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills
