  • Experience of strategic design, planning & successful implementation into operational outcomes required
  • Experience of setting up systems, processes in business, organisation start up or integration required
  • Experience of the health service sector ideally in acute & community setting required
  • Experience of successful transformative & innovative working within health or health related settings required
  • Experience of being a member of a board in a complex organisation required
  • Prior senior level experience of negotiating in a complex organisation or environment required
  • Experience of managing multiple concurrent projects & conflicting priorities to ensure deadlines are met required
