Key responsibilities & accountabilities

· Manage installation order requests from team, involving liaison with 3rd party installation partners to price, plan and complete furniture installations;
· Control order tracker/s to ensure product delivery and installation dates are on time;
· Engage with suppliers and logistics partners as required to meet installation dates;
· Follow up on outstanding orders regularly, updating customers as relevant;
· Using the ticketing system for all communications, for visibility and consistency;
· On completion of an order, receipt purchase orders to enable customer invoicing;
· Resolve any aftersales issues arising from project installations with relevant colleagues;
· Ensure that customer satisfaction is the minimum standard, and endeavour to exceed customer expectations;
· Support the wider team as needed based on workloads;
· Understand and action escalation for any potential issues;
· Adhere to departmental processes as documented in the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard & ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standard;
· To complete other duties when requested by the department Manager;

Qualifications or equivalent experience

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel needed, and D365 experience advantageous

Skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external customers;
  • Strong sense of Customer Satisfaction;
  • Organised working with an ability to manage priorities based on workload;
  • Ability to multi-task and respond to urgent requests;
  • Good attention to detail needed;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel needed, and D365 experience advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00 per year
