Covering domestic and commercial projects ranging from £100 to £1.5m, the successful candidate will be experienced, highly motivated and able to provide a high-class finish to all projects.

Main Duties Include

Complete Management of assigned projects

Responsible for day-to-day activities on multiple sites

Review and manage site safety and quality

Report against programme

Assist with variations and estimating where necessary

Prepare subcontractor and material orders

Prepare and submit valuations

Prepare invoices and ensure they are distributed within correct timescales

Experience required in delivering successful construction projects to tight time and budget constraints.
