Community Nursing Staff Nurse –

Within the Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust (MPFT) we have an opportunity for a Community Staff Nurse to work within our Ambulatory clinics. The clinic locations and teams are spread across the 3 areas that we cover, these being the Stafford locality, Seisdon and Cannock. We are looking to recruit a dedicated and compassionate nurse to work in any of the South West Alliance localities to further enhance the high quality patient experience we offer in the community clinics.The successful applicant needs to have a high quality commitment to provide care in a variety of clinic settings across the south of our locality, undertaking elements of simple and complex wound care, catheter care, continence management, pressure ulcer prevention and management and also medication administration.This is an exciting time to join the team and you will be a part of excellent way of working to meet the changing demand on community nursing.“MPFT positively welcomes diversity and aims to be a truly inclusive place to work.
