The role

We’re on a mission to become the most trusted payments provider for independent businesses and are now looking for a Commercial Manager to join our business. Reporting into the Regional Commercial Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of self employed payments consultants across specific territory (regular travel required).

What You Will Do…
  • Manage a team of Self-Employed field sales agents across a sales territory and supporting them through all aspects of the sales cycle
  • Liaise and feedback with internal stakeholders to ensure sales targets are achieved and process improvements are continuously made
  • Motivate the sales team to achieve realistic stretch goals
  • Measure and analyse performance metrics of team members
  • Identify and action training and accreditation requirements of individuals and team
  • Coordinate process improvements with other channel managers
  • Build relationships between different team members to create a community and reinforce their support system
