Call Centre Customer Service Representative - Emergency Breakdown

Location: Oldbury customer service centre

Salary: £18,727.20 which includes an 8% flexibility allowance

Working hours:Currently 6 Days On, 3 Days Off - This could be subject to change
  • A combination of early starts and late finishes
  • All applicants must be available to work shifts
  • Weekdays, Weekends and Night Working
  • Working hours between 07:00am - 01:00am

Contract:Permanent, Full Time

Successful applicants must be available to start our induction on Monday 9th August 2021.

In the time it takes you to read this job description, we will have got around 20 members back on the road. We’re are the UK’s number one motoring organisation, and you can play a key role in the quality customer service we provide our members.
What will I be doing?
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be on the front line of our business speaking with new and existing AA customers. You’ll give each customer with the information they need about the products and services we offer, helping them make the right choice for them.

Always striving to meet the customer’s needs, you’ll support them with your knowledge of our services, and will be empowered to resolve any customer issues either by phone or by e-mail.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for a member that has broken down. You’ll be speaking to new and existing members, helping them to continue their journey. You’ll also be the first point of contact for members needing updates on their rescue.

You don’t need any experience of our products as you’ll be given excellent front line training right from the word go. You’ll soon become an expert!

All of our customer service roles are full time, shift-based.
What do I need?
To be a success, you’ll need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated, willing to work on a shift roster that includes some weekends, above all, you’ll be happy to pitch in and help others.
