Smile Dental Careare looking for friendly, caring and enthusiastic Associate Dentists to join our practice in Swindon, Wiltshire.

Launched in 1993, Smile Dental Care is a privately-owned business set up by an associate dentist who has a passion to instill a positive working culture throughout Smile Dental Care. Our plan is not to become the largest, but to continue to support and develop our practices and their teams.

The Role

Full Time Monday to Friday

UDA target - Up to 7000 UDA’s available

The role could suit a Dentist who already has an unconditional performer number or a Dentist with conditions and requiring mentoring/ support to lift their conditions. We have an experienced mentor working at the practice as well as a wealth of experience across the group and management team supporting Dentists through their conditions. We can also assist dentists who have yet to apply for a performer number through the process.

Responsibilities
  • Educate patients on oral healthcare;
  • Examine teeth, diagnosing dental conditions;
  • Assess treatment options and agree treatment plans with patients;
  • Carry out agreed clinical treatments;
  • Maintain patients’ dental records;
  • Market services to potential clients.

Requirements
  • You will be required to have General Dental Council (GDC) registration or willing to apply;
  • Either have an unconditional English performer number, conditional English performer number or be willing to apply;
  • Batchelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent
