We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and dynamic Band 4 administrator to a new post within the Children Looked After team.

The post holder will ensuring effective communication and courtesy at all times supporting Adoption and Fostering within the CLA Team and will also be Personal Assistant to the Designated Doctor for Children Looked After, assisting with the coordination and smooth running of the service as a whole.

The post will also include providing administration cover for the CLA team, as needed, to cover annual leave.

This is a Monday to Friday post and flexible working hours will be considered within the hours of the service.

The post holder must be enthusiastic, committed to team work and multidisciplinary working. Good time management skills are essential, alongside strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating an empathetic and compassionate approach.

This post will require an adaptable and dynamic person who will be flexible within the rapid changing environment of Adoption and Fostering.

Please note: If you are successful for interview, you will be required to bring the following with you: Proof of any essential qualifications stated on the Job Description, proof of NHS payslip if coming from another NHS Organisation and all ID to prove your identity and Right to Work (More details will follow for successful applicants invited to interview)
