Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced veterinary surgeon to join their team.

About Their Practice:

They are a friendly, first opinion practice located between Southampton and Portsmouth, just off junction 9 on the M27.

You will be joining their established practice, which celebrated its 20th year in 2020. Their team comprises four veterinary surgeons, supported by seven registered veterinary nurses, two student veterinary nurses, one veterinary care assistant, seven receptionists, and their practice manager. Additionally, six of their team members have over 10 years’ service with them.

Not only will you become a member of their team, but also part of four other locally owned surgeries, with a pool of over 20 veterinary surgeons with various interests among them.

Their practice is built to industry-leading standards and includes standard and dental digital radiography, ultrasonography, endoscopy, four consulting rooms, individual cat, dog, and isolation wards, and an onsite operating theatre.

Working
Hours:

They would be happy to consider both full or part-time roles for the right candidate.

Full-time: 40 hours per week. They are flexible with a 4 or 5-day working week. Weekends (closed on Sundays for the foreseeable future) are currently on a 1 in 3 rota basis.
