Support Analyst (Sentinel) - (Part-Time, Job-Share and Full-Time)
Location: Swindon/Hybrid home working.

The opportunity:

Your goal is to make sure our staff and partners around the globe stay happy.

Sounds easy. But as anyone who works in a customer-facing role knows, making people happy is one thing. Keeping them happy is an entirely different challenge.

Our staff will look to you to support our global automated screening solution called Sentinel.

What is Sentinel?

Sentinel – our screening solution is used to screen data, protecting Zurich Group from the regulatory or reputational risk of exposure to people or entities that are sanctioned, politically exposed, or are known to have engaged in activities such as money laundering and financial crime, ensuring that regular processes are running efficiently.

We’re not expecting to find someone with experience in using Sentinel. However, you’ll need to get to grips with the system quickly and we’ll fully support you with this.

What’s important is that you pride yourself in providing excellent customer service every day and whether you’re contacted by email or phone you’re going to be the first voice our staff hear. So, from this point onwards, you’ll set the tone for their customer experience.

In the first 90 days, you’re going to really focus on creating a positive experience for our staff, alongside quickly establishing yourself into the team, building relationships and working hard to understand how we provide maintenance, Sentinel query resolution and then getting involved in continuous improvement projects.

This role is available full-time, as a job-share, or part-time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time.

Your skills and experience:

  • You are personable with the ability to communicate effectively with people from different countries and cultures.
  • You have a naturally analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
  • You are organised and able to prioritise tasks
  • You’re confident to challenge when needed and seek to continuously improve process/ procedure.
  • You are a quick and willing learner.
  • Skilled at using relevant software packages; especially Excel and Access
  • You’re able to network with and build relationships with key stakeholders and senior staff

The reward:

The salary offered for this role is between (£25,000 - £30,000) depending on experience. As well as this we offer an excellent lifestyle benefits package which includes:
  • 12% pension
  • 25 days holiday plus an additional 3 volunteering days
  • Annual company bonuses
  • Full private medical cover
  • Discounted technology offers
  • Virtual GP appointments
  • Discounted gym membership,
  • Free flu jab
  • Discounted gadget insurance
