What’s the challenge?
We have an exciting opportunity to join Compare the Market (CTM) as a Partner Integration Manager. This role will be pivotal in leading the Partner Integration team to deliver change, strategic projects and new insurance brands to our panel across our five core products. You will manage, support and coach a team of colleagues who use our bespoke mapping and content tools (Allspark and Teletraan) to follow agile principles and deliver high volumes of requirements to our customers in a sustainable way.

Joining our Commercial team managing risk and improving team efficiencies, you’ll work closely with the Technical Product Manager for Partner Integration to produce requirements that reduce risk and improve speed to market. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the wider commercial team and core product managers to innovate and solve problems to achieve better customer outcomes.

Key accountabilities & responsibilities;
  • Owns and manages the mapping risk and controls, works closely with partner tools team (and TPM) to maintain the risk reduction roadmap
  • Managing and motivating a highly delivery focused team, guiding their professional development and recruiting when required
  • Stakeholder management, works closely with our core product managers, technical product manager, risk and wider commercial team
  • Delivery of new panel builds and partner change requests
  • Delivery of Partner Integration elements of Strategic projects within the Opportunity backlog
  • Manage technical queries direct with partners
  • Day to day prioritisation, incident management and removal of blockers
  • Collation and prioritisation of usability requirements for development of the Partner Integration Tools (Allspark and Teletraan), working closely with the technology team to improve the tools
  • Reporting progress and agile management metrics, e.g. cycle time
  • Manage the backlog of new builds, BAU changes, technical debt and other work items
  • Main partner liaison and escalation point
What will it take to be successful?
  • Experience working with 3rd parties
  • Agile working practices, knowledge of agile management tools, eg. JIRA
  • Experience of a fast-paced environment, comfortable with regular change in priorities
  • Commercial awareness
  • Management, leadership, Influencing and coaching skills
  • Clear and concise communication skills
