Do you work in the insurance industry as a Sales Team Leader? Maybe you work in personal lines and are looking for the opportunity to progress your career into commercial SME, lead and mentor a team?

A leading global insurance broker based in Leeds have a fantastic opportunity for an Insurance Sales Team Leader to join their team.

We’re looking to speak to true leaders ideally with insurance sales experience, this can be from any background, home insurance, car insurance, life insurance etc… The key here is that you are a natural leader and know how to get the best performance out of the team. My client will even consider those from outside the insurance industry should you have a proven sales leadership track record.

You will lead a team of desk based SME commercial new business executives, who’s role is to call clients and close deals. You’ll provide daily support to the team, will motivate and moniter their performance, undertaking regular one2one meetings to enure their performance remains at a high level.

This role would suit an individual with strong sales, leadership and operational qualities.
