Jigsaw Recruitment are working alongside a well respected Insurance Brokerage, due to their continued growth, our client is looking to recruit additional Insurance Sales Adviser’s to join their busy team based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire


Previous Insurance industry experience would be preferred for this position but it is not essential for the right person, sales experience and high level of motivation are however a requirement!


The Role:

Working within a team of Insurance Sales Advisers you will be dealing with both new and existing customers on a daily basis over the phone. The role will involve selling Motor Insurance policies to these customers whilst adhering to the company and regulatory guidelines. You will be looking for the opportunity to cross sell and maximise overall sales.


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous target driven Sales experience is essential, this will ideally from within the Insurance Industry but could be from another telesales or sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be dealing with customers on a daily basis
  • Self Motivated, working within a sales environment you will need to be motivated by targets and have the drive to meet them
  • Ability to work in a team environment
